By the way, muscle doesn't weigh more than fat. Gravity doesn't distinguish by substance, it acts on all things the same. If you put a lb of fat on one side of a fair scale and a lb of muscle on the other side, the scale will be balanced. This is a common misconception especially among the less educated. What you mean is that muscle is DENSER than fat. A lb of fat weighs the same as a lb of muscle, but the lb of muscle has less VOLUME than the lb of fat.
