I re-read the scenes concerning Deb's 2 visits to Dr. Teller's office. 1) The regular office visit seems fine to me. The obvious conclusion is that Debbie is reacting to the dissolution of her marriage. Debbie still loves Bill. She seemed unsure about the divorce for a while prior to its actually happening. But there's always the possibility of a physical problem overshadowing her mental state.
