The less mix in a drink... the more alcohol content... the longer it takes for someone to get drunk. Get the right mix and the alcohol enters the system a lot faster than with a 60% plus alcohol content.

I choose to take the story at face value and that it illustrated that alcohol doesn’t make you susceptible to cheating. The thought and intent must already be there. The alcohol is just the when. So I choose to believe the wife since she had intention to cheat and thus the alcohol does not factor in it.
