In this work, we report on the development of a neutrophils exosomes (NEs-Exos) drug delivery system for glioma treatment and demonstrate its promise for cancer chemotherapy applications. As illustrated in Scheme 1, the anticancer drug doxorubicin (DOX) was loaded into NEs-Exos (NEs-Exos/DOX) via a simple sonication process.
Two drugs, miRNA-FAM and 7-coumarin, were loaded into EXOs-MNPs by electroporation to achieve the miRNA-FAM/7-coumarin@EXOs-MNPs drug delivery system. The engineered exosome-based drug delivery system improved the cell entry ability of drugs and the targeting of cancer cells.
In case of a saponin, a mixture of drug and EXOs was supplemented with 0.2% saponin and co-incubated for 15 min at 37 C [24]. For sonication, EXOs and drug were mixed followed by sonication (100 W, 3 min, 2 s/2 s on/off) for 3 cycles with a two minutes cooling period between each cycle [25]. After sonication, drug-loaded EXOs solution was

Secondly, the delivery of RNA, small molecular drugs, and proteins by MSC-EXOs to treat dierent kinds of diseases was discussed. Furthermore, we also provided our perspectives for enhancing the drug loading ecacy of MSC-EXOs. MSC‑EXOs Production of MSC‑EXOs As a drug carrier in vivo, a safe, ecient, and reli-

Exos are nanosized microvesicles ( 50 150 nm) usually derived from the multivesicular body (MVB) and emerging studies demonstrated that the Exos have tremendous potential for use as drug delivery carriers for small molecule drugs (PTX, doxorubicin), non-coding RNAs (miRNA, siRNA), and proteins for various cancer models due to their native

fibrosis. For MSC-exos-drugs, a more stable end result is obtained by kit extraction. Similarly, infusion through the abdominal cavity is more effective. Conclusion: The results suggest that MSC-exos can effectively treat liver fibrosis and thatMSC-exos-drugs aremore effectivethanMSC-exos single administration.
