Updated January 20, 2014 Sun, October 4, 2009 its a small yellow flat round pill with 'P' imprinted on one side and '4' imprinted on the other, does anyone know what this is ? 6 Replies A friend just had what sounds like the same pill. He gave it to me. It was a small, round, yellow pill with a P on one side and a 4 on the other side. I was told by my friend that it was a 4mg. Dilaudid - he said he seen the guy take it right out of the bottle labeled Dilaudid. I have seen Dilaudid's before & they have always looked basically just like this pill does - same shape & size PLUS its the same color/shape etc. as all the other 4mg. Dilaudid's I've seen. But I searched on the Internet quickly & couldn't find that exact generic imprint code - But I trust my friend. So, hang on....OK, I just got it ready and did it. It is definitely an Opiate & from the rush/buzz i'm feeling, I would have to say that it's Dilaudid. In case you don't know what those are - They are a strong narcotic/opiate pain killer. Mg. for Mg. they are actually stronger than OxyContin (considering that 1 of these 4mg. Dilaudid gave me I'd say at least as good a high as about 40mg. of OC (give or take a bit + it depends on the method you use to take them). I'd personally recommend crushing it up into the finest powder you can, adding at least 30-40cc of water, mixing it real well (BUT, NO HEAT should be needed or used as it takes away from the high), taking a piece of cotton for a filter. Then just suck it up and IV it.... this guy is wrong it is an opiate, more like a 20 mg of oxy Actually,Mark is right and Verwon is wrong. The pill Verwon is referring to has AP on one side and A4 on the other, that is for nausea. The other one is a definite narcotic. A p on one side and a 4 on the other very small and yellow is definitely a dilaudid I just pulled them out of the bottle.. I was trying to find out if they had some sort of gelling or a blocker in them so u can't abuse them. They work
