I have read that carbonated beverages negatively affect the absorption of my medication. I'm wondering if Seltzer water (I make my own carbonated water with a soda stream at home) is okay to consume as it does not have any added chemicals or preservatives, citric acid, or sugars... Or if it is because the carbonation actually has the effect on the water in general. Thank you in advance for your answers and your help! It's greatly appreciated!
