Sarah is a registered nurse and has worked in the NHS for over 40 years. She is a senior safeguarding leader in a strategic role with extensive experience in shaping safeguarding policy and procedure in sport, currently is working alongside GB Snowsport and Paddle UK.
Sarah lives in Manchester with her family. She has been a keen spectator of golf for a number of years. Her personal highlights include watching the AIG Women’s Open and DP World Tour event in Dubai.
She started to play golf two years ago and is learning to master the game. As a member of Worsley Golf Club, Manchester, enjoys the fitness and wellbeing that playing golf brings. Alongside golf she enjoys watching many sports especially following Manchester City as a season ticket holder.
Sarah is delighted to join England Golf Trust as a trustee, is looking forward to contributing to the charity’s growth and increasing access and opportunities for those who wish to participate in the sport.
